현재 간호사가 마감되었다고는 알고 있습니다.
올 7월에 변경되는 직종에 간호사가 포함이 될지, 안될지 모르는 상황이긴한데요
전문인력 이민 외에는 캐나다이민을 갈 수 있는 방법이 없다 보니,,, 마음이 답답합니다.
29개 직종을 보니, 간호사 직군이 3152, 3233 로 구분 되어 지고 있는데요..
3233은 아직 마감이 되지 않은 거 같은데,,
이 3233으로 진행을 할 수 있는 지 궁금해서요.

작년(2010년) 7월 부터는 아시고 계시는 내용과 같이, 38가지 부족 직군에서 29가지 부족 직군으로 대폭 감소하였습니다. 그 이유는 지난 날 38 가지 부족 직군을 목표로 캐나다 내에서의 경제 활성화를 목표로 신규 이민자 분들에게 영주권을 주고자 하였습니다. 하지만, 실제로 캐나다 전문인력(기술이민) 이민을 통해 영주권 취득을 하신 분들의 직업군이 3-4 가지 직업군에(IT, 회계사, 교수 등) 한정 되어 있다는 사실을 이해 하게 되었습니다.
따라서 변경 된 새로운 29 가지 부족 직군에 의한 신규 이민자들에 대한 수요와 실질적인 캐나다 사회 진출에 따라 다시 올 해(2011년) 7월에 새로운 직군을 가지고 캐나다 영주권 취득을 시작 하실 수가 있습니다. 따라서, 현재 캐나다 이민국 조차도 간호사 직군과 같은 인기 직업군에 대한 재신청 여부를 자신하거나 확신 할 수는 없습니다. 물론, 상당수 전문가들의 생각에서는 다시 재 신청 하기에는 힘들지도 모른다는 말씀을 하기도 합니다. 하지만, 이건 어디까지나 추축 일뿐 보보 정확한 것은, 2011년 7월에 변경 된 새로운 이민법을 확인 해야 합니다.
또한, 말씀 주신 NOC# 3152(Registered Nurses), 와 NOC# 3233(Licensed Practical Nurses) 에 대한 차이는 아래 비교 분석 되어 있는 “Main Duties”를 확인 하여 주시기 바랍니다. 현재 우리나라에서의 간호학 교육 후 의료 관련 경력을 가지고 계시는 분들의 99%는 “Registered Nurtses” 를 통한 영주권 취득이 용이한 편일 수 있으나, 아래 보여드리는 직업 경력을 본인의 업무와 비교하시어, 한 가지 이상이라도 일치 하신다면, 지금 바로 ㈜이민법인 대양에 전화 주십시요.

This unit group includes registered nurses, nurse practitioners, registered psychiatric nurses and graduates of a nursing program who are awaiting registration (graduate nurses). They provide direct nursing care to patients, deliver health education programs and provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to the practice of nursing. Main duties
General duty registered nurses perform some or all of the following duties:
• Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions

• Community health nurses provide health education and registered nursing care in public health units and through home visits, manage complex home care cases, participate in community needs assessment and program development, conduct disease screening and deliver immunization programs.
• Psychiatric nurses provide nursing care, supportive counselling and life skills programming to patients in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, long-term care facilities and community-based settings.

3233 Licensed Practical Nurses
Licensed practical nurses provide nursing care usually under the direction of medical practitioners, registered nurses or other health team members. They are employed in hospitals, nursing homes, extended care facilities, rehabilitation centres, doctors' offices, clinics, companies, private homes and community health centres. Operating room technicians are included in this unit group.

• Assist in surgery by laying out instruments, setting up equipment, assisting surgical teams with gowns and gloves and passing instruments to surgeons
• Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments.
