캐나다 배우자 초청 이민 진행중입니다.
아내는 Canadian citizen이고 저는 Visitor 신분으로 현재 캐나다에 있습니다.

Application received 이후 Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form 과 범죄수사경력회보서 제출을 요청받았습니다.
두 서류 모두 Family member의 서류도 함께 제출하라고 되어있는데, Family member의 범위가 애매해서 문의드립니다.

1. Sponsor인 제 아내도 IMM 5669 form을 작성해야 하나요?

2. 한국에 있는 제 가족이나 Sponsor인 아내의 범죄수사경력회보서 제출이 필요한가요?

We require the following item(s) to continue processing your application:
• You must complete the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form which is found at
the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/eIMM5669E.pdf
You and all of your family members aged 18 or older (if applicable) must submit this form.

• At this time, you need to provide a police certificate for:
1) The country where you currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more; and
2) The country where you have spent most of your adult life since the age of 18.
You must also provide this for every family member (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)
who is aged 18 or older.
