노바스코샤 Express Entry 재개

2015년초 연방 Express Entry 도입과 더불어 주정부 중에서 가장 먼저 Express Entry시스템과 연동되는 이민 카테고리를 만든 곳이 노바스코샤(Nova Scotia)주정부입니다.
시행하자마자 선풍적 인기를 모았던 노바스코샤 주정부 Nova Scotia Demand:Express Entry 프로그램이 드디어 다시 접수 재개됩니다.
1. 신청 자격
- 캐나다 고용주나 취업요건 없이도 이민 신청 가능
- 최근 10년내 아래 직종군(Opportunity Occupation) 경력이 최소 1년 이상 되는 경우 신청 가능
(*위의 직종 리스트는 주정부측에서 변경 발표할 수 있음)
There are two categories under the stream: Category 1: Arranged Employment in Nova Scotia This category requires candidates to have an arranged job offer supported by a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment from a Nova Scotia employer. The job offer must be in a National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill level 0, A, or B occupation. Category 2: Paid Work Experience in an Opportunity Occupation This category entails at least one year of continuous full-time (or 1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in the last 10 years in one of the opportunity occupations. |
- 나이/학력/경력/영어/고용계약/적응력 등 100점 만점 67점 이상이면 신청 가능
2. 신청 가능 직종 Occupation title NOC Financial Auditors and Accountants 1111 Other financial officers 1114 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations 1123 Administrative assistants 1241 Accounting and related clerks 1311 Civil engineers 2131 Information systems analysts and consultants 2171 Computer programmers and interactive media development 2174 Computer network technicians 2281 User support technicians 2282 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses 3012 Licensed practical nurses 3233 College and other vocational instructors 4021 Paralegal and related occupations 4211 Social and community service workers 4212 Financial sales representatives 6235 *주정부 이민국에 의하여 위 직종군 리스트는 변동될 수 있음
3. 특징
심사를 거쳐 주정부 승인될 경우 600점 가산되어 연방 Express Entry를 통해 6개월내에 영주권 취득 가능합니다. 주정부 쿼터가 소진될 때까지 접수를 받게 될 텐데, “선착순 접수, 선착순 심사”이므로 최대한 빨리 준비 및 진행하셔야 합니다.
